Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse or Physician.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health or a related healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage teams and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day agency operations, including clinical and administrative functions.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
• Lead, support, and develop office and clinical leadership teams.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance of staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive improvements to meet goals.
• Develop and manage agency budget and resources effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with staff, leadership, referral sources, and the community.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives (QAPI) and ensure accurate reporting.
• Serve as the agency representative in the community.
• Oversee emergency preparedness planning and response.
