• Interventions include therapeutic use of meaningful activities, adaptation of environments, health/promotion, graded tasks, and use of assistive technology.
• Collaborate with patient/family to develop and implement a plan of care with measurable goals and discharge plan.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers and participate in departmental teaching activities.
