Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OT program (AOTA) or equivalent.
• Eligible to take or already passed NBCOT certification exam.
• One year related OT experience preferred to safely provide services.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensure the plan addresses identified problems and documents rationale if not.
• Maintain safety and effectiveness of OT delivery.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of care.
• Supervise home health aide when RN is not active in the case.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
