Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our home-based care team in Ohio. The OT will assess patients in the home, develop daily living skills, and implement treatment plans under supervision from the Branch Director.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited OT program, licensed in the state, with Medicare home health experience preferred and at least one year in the field.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an OT in the state where practicing.
• Minimum of one-year experience preferred, but may be considered with approval based on prior experience setting.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients in the home improve daily living and basic motor functions.
• Develop daily living skills and compensate for any loss of function as needed.
• Deliver skilled care under physicians' orders and established plan of care, under supervision of the Branch Director.
• Educate family and health care team members as part of care.
