Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive home-based therapy services. You will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and help restore daily living skills and mobility in the home environment.

The role requires graduation from an approved school of Occupational Therapy and state licensure as an OT; one year of experience is preferred, with Medicare home health experience valued.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which you practice.
• Minimum of one-year experience preferred; may be waived with Regional VP approval based on prior experience.
• Medicare home health experience preferred.
