Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides OT services within scope of practice and plan of care.
• Evaluates functional status and collaborates on the therapy plan with physicians.
• Records patient responses and notifies changes to the nurse supervisor.
• Performs functional assessments using standard tests.
• Care for patients in diverse home environments and backgrounds.
