Pinnacle Rehab Staffing, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide individualized, home-based care for adults and seniors. You will coordinate visits with patients, scheduling daytime appointments between 7 AM and 6 PM and choosing your workdays.

The role offers competitive hourly or per-visit pay, relocation assistance, mileage reimbursement, and full support from clinical and office teams. licensure in California and at least one year of OT experience are required; employer-sponsored

Formación

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OT license in the state of California.
• At least one year of OT experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; employer-sponsored work visas are not available for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized, one-on-one OT care in patients' homes.
• Coordinate visits directly with patients to plan the day.
• Visits take place during daytime hours between 7 AM and 6 PM, with flexible workdays.
• Utilize electronic charting system with the clinical and office teams.
