Pinnacle Home Care in Florida is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN to deliver compassionate healthcare and assess patients' functional needs in their homes. You will collaborate with healthcare teams and design individualized treatment plans to help patients regain their independence.

The ideal candidate will have a current OT license, relevant experience, and excellent communication skills. This position offers flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current OT license (state-specific).
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program recognized by the American Medical Association and AOTA.
• Registered with the National Registration Examination of AOTA.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Minimum two years of OT experience (home health experience preferred).
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Assess the patient’s functional status and evaluate the home environment for hazards.
• Collaborate in developing a comprehensive care plan and design a treatment program.
• Teach or retrain patients in daily activities and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants as per agency policies.
