Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws governing occupational therapy in home care and the supervising OT’s treatment.
• Follow the plan of care and aid patients in evidence-based treatment within scope.
• Observe, record and report patient responses to treatment and changes to condition.
• Instruct patient, family, caregiver and care team in therapy areas within OTA scope.
• Provide care to patients regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition.
