Qualifications

• Current Licensed RN in good standing with the State of Michigan required.
• Current driver's license in the state of Michigan required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor clinical staff to maintain unit standards and patient safety.
• Assist managers with hiring, orientation, performance evaluation, and problem solving.
• Manage 24-hour supervision, regulatory compliance, budget, and day-to-day operations.
