Job summary

Boost Home Healthcare in Michigan is seeking a Clinical Manager RN to provide direct clinical supervision of the home health team, evaluate performance, and guide staff development. You will conduct in-home supervisory visits, monitor caseloads and productivity, and coordinate interdisciplinary care to achieve quality patient outcomes.

As Clinical Manager, you will maintain Medicare participation knowledge, manage reporting to the Administrator, and ensure staffing patterns meet episode needs

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Michigan license
• CPR certification
• Experience supervising clinicians in home health
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and payment mechanisms for home health
• Familiar with Medicare regulations & OASIS

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical supervision, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions for all assigned staff.
• Conduct in-home supervisory visits with assigned team members.
• Monitor staff assignments, caseloads and team productivity; optimize resources for outcomes.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and develop patient tracking and financial forecasting.
• Provide reports to the Administrator on census, staffing and productivity.
