Qualifications

• Licensed NP in the state where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
• Federal DEA license/eligibility
• Geriatric training/experience preferred
• Active CPR/BLS Certification
• Board Certification
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home primary care to high-acuity patients.
• Practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume, taking time to address patients’ needs.
