Job summary

The role requires a valid RN license, BLS, 3 years of clinical nursing, and the ability to travel within Milwaukee area.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with active state license.
• BLS certification required within 6 months.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assumes caseloads in specialty areas and conducts initial assessments.
• Establishes care plans per physician orders and patient needs.
• Provides direct patient care and adjusts nursing processes as needed.
• Communicates with physicians and staff to update plans of care.
• Facilitates discharge planning and continuity of care after discharge.
• Maintains accurate clinical documentation per standards.
