Matrix Medical Network is seeking Nurse Practitioners in Rockland, Maine to conduct health assessments in homes or skilled nursing facilities. With flexible scheduling from Sunday to Saturday, providers can earn based on the number of assessments completed, with potential monthly income between $1,800 and $11,500. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree, current NP licensure, and relevant certifications to thrive in a supportive environment focused on quality patient care.

Formación

• Master’s Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure.
• Current NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority.
• AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in relevant specialties.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct adult / geriatric assessments including medical history and treatment.
• Administer point of care and lab-based testing as needed.
• Work with healthcare team including physicians and case managers.

Conocimientos

Master’s Degree or equivalent

Current NP licensure

AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification

Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification

Valid state driver's license

Strong computer skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
