Job summary

Matrix Medical Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to conduct assessments for members, focusing on their health and well-being. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree, current NP licensure, relevant certifications, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience required for NP licensure.
• NP licensure in state required, prescription authority is needed.
• AANP, AACN, or ANCC certification in relevant specialties is necessary.
• BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification must be current.
• 1 year of NP experience is preferred, but new grads may apply.
• Must have a valid state driver's license and insurance.
• Familiarity with health/medical record software required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments including medical history and health education.
• Administer and order necessary tests.
• Collaborate with physicians and caregivers.
• Provide services at member residences.
• Document assessments per guidelines.

Skills
