Job summary

St. Raphael's Home Care Services LLC in North Branch, MN, is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides to care for clients in their homes in the St. Croix Falls, WI area. You will provide basic medical care, assist with daily living activities, and offer companionship.

The successful candidate should be patient, reliable, and knowledgeable about home health care. Driver's license is required; CNA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
• Provide assistance with light housekeeping tasks.
• Help patients with mobility issues get around their homes safely.
• Assist with medication reminders and administration.
• Assist with meal preparation and clean up.
