Job summary

ST RAPHAEL'S HOME CARE SERVICES in North Branch, MN, seeks a part-time Home Health Aide to care for clients in their homes in the Chisago area. Shift 9am-1pm two days a week with potential for more hours as we grow.

The role involves basic medical care, assisting with daily living activities, and providing companionship. A patient, reliable caregiver with a valid driver’s license is preferred; CNA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care is preferred.
• Driver's license is required.
• Ability to provide basic medical care and assist with ADLs.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Help patients with mobility and safe movement around the home.
• Assist with medication reminders and administration.
• Assist with meal preparation and cleanup.

We are currently looking for someone who can work 9am-1pm two days a week with one of our clients.

We are looking for a Home Health Aide to join our team and provide compassionate care to our clients in their homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing basic medical care, assisting with activities of daily living, and providing companionship. This position requires a person who is patient and reliable. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health and be able to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
• Provide assistance with light housekeeping tasks.
• Help patients with mobility issues get around their homes safely.
• Assist with medication reminders and administration.
• Assist with meal preparation and clean up.
