St. Raphael's Home Care Services LLC in North Branch, MN is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to support clients in their homes near Lino Lakes.

The role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health and providing companionship in a compassionate, home-based setting. The ideal candidate has experience in home health, is patient and reliable, and comfortable delivering basic medical care and safe, comfortable care environments for clients in their own homes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
• Provide assistance with light housekeeping tasks.
• Help patients with mobility issues get around their homes safely.
• Assist with medication reminders and meal preparation.
