BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one in-home care for clients in the Saint Paul area. Responsibilities include assisting with personal cares, daily routines, and offering companionship in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing hands-on care to clients (home health, assisted living, group home, hospital setting).
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Negative TB test or cleared Chest-Xray.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance clients' lives.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings and provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior or needs to the care team.
• Collaborate with RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

• Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Role Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.

• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
