Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN LVN to provide one-on-one in-home nursing visits within the Dimmitt, TX area. You will follow the plan of care, perform vital signs and basic nursing tasks, and report changes to the RN Case Manager while educating patients and caregivers on medications and safety.

Flexible, self-managed scheduling, independence in the field, and meaningful patient-focused work are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license is required.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities
