Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LVN for a 1:1 homecare assignment in Clovis, CA, caring for an adult patient with G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator needs. Shift is Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM with a $35 per hour rate and weekly pay.

Care takes place in the patient's home with a set schedule and local support. You will provide direct home care, monitor conditions, administer medications, support care plans, and document care while coordinating with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Preferred: 1+ year nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
