Maxim Healthcare in Chico, CA seeks an LVN to deliver direct 1:1 home-based nursing care. You will work with one patient at a time, ensuring comfort and safety while building trusted relationships with families.

Provide medications and treatments as ordered, monitor changes, document care, and communicate with the healthcare team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with flexible scheduling and strong local support.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience.
