Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LVN to deliver in-home, 1:1 nursing care. Provide direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer meds, and support care plans in patients' homes.

Flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN options; shifts day/evening/overnight; orientation and local clinical support; requirements include active LVN license and BLS; Trach & Vent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Trach & Vent patients.
• Active LVN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.

Requirements

Required:
