Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed LVN to join our home-based care team in Orange, TX. Provide direct patient care in the home setting and support 1:1 nursing tailored to each patient’s plan.

You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, document care, and communicate with the healthcare team. We offer stable assignments, flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and local clinical support.

Qualificações

• Active LVN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.
