Job summary

CareRing Health is seeking skilled home health nurses to deliver compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes across the North Philly service area. You will perform patient visits, assess care plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure high-quality outcomes.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $500 and flexible hours (full-time or part-time). Eligible candidates hold an active LPN license, a valid driver’s license, and have at least two years of nursing experience;

Qualifications

• Two+ years of nursing experience.
• Active LPN state license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive and coordinated care to patients in their homes – conduct home visits.
• Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate each patient’s care plan to meet needs.
• Manage emergency situations promptly and professionally.
• Complete medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned patients.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with regulations and Company policy.
• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical and progress notes on a timely basis.
