Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or state certificate.

• Other certifications per state licensing regulations (CPR/FA, HIV/AIDS, BBP, ACT).

Responsibilities

• Provides basic care and medical treatment to individuals.
• Completes health assessments and inputs health diagnosis to RN/physician.
• Monitors and records medications; acts as liaison to pharmacy and administers medications.
