Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or state certificate.
• One year experience working with population served in a nursing capacity.
• Current LPN/LVN licensure for state of residence.
• CPR/FA and HIV/AIDS certification, BBP, and ACT training.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic care and medical treatment to individuals receiving services.
• Monitors medications and coordinates with pharmacy; administers medications as required.
• Oversees staff who administer medication and conducts QA checks.
• Provides emergency coverage and maintains confidentiality.
• Coordinates with external agencies to ensure consistent treatment.
• Trains staff on medication administration and infection control.
