Lorian Health in Las Vegas is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to grow and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, SNFs and select medical groups. You’ll drive new patient referrals and support existing accounts in the assigned territory.

You will liaise with referral partners, assist with referral processing, and obtain required physician documentation. This role offers a salary-based package with a bonus structure and growth opportunities in home health

Formación

• Previous experience in sales or marketing (healthcare preferred).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Critical thinking and solid judgment in fast-moving situations.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Participate in team meetings and sales/marketing updates.

About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to grow and maintain referral relationships for Lorian Home Health. You’ll work directly with hospitals, outpatient rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, and select medical groups to drive new patient referrals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (case managers, discharge planners, physicians).
• Generate new referrals and support existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Act as the liaison between Lorian and referral partners; assist with referral processing.
• Obtain required Face‑to‑Face physician documentation.
• Support patients, coworkers, and referral partners by resolving issues as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and sales/marketing updates.

This position is salary based with a bonus structure.

Pay per visit ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 visit commensurate with experience.
