Job summary

Lorian Health is seeking an experienced Healthcare Sales Representative to grow and manage referral relationships for Lorian Home Health in the Las Vegas area. You will drive new business while supporting referral partners across hospitals, SNFs, outpatient rehab centers, and medical groups.

The role requires 5+ years of healthcare sales experience (Home Health preferred) or a Bachelor’s degree, with strong local medical community knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 5+ years in healthcare sales/business development.
• 5+ years healthcare sales experience required (Home Health preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the local medical community.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships.
• Generate new referrals and manage existing accounts.
• Engage RN case managers, discharge planners, and physicians.
• Collaborate with clinical/operational teams to support patient care.
• Secure Face-to-Face physician documentation.
• Attend sales and interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years healthcare sales/business development experience
• 5+ years healthcare sales required (Home Health preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the local medical community
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Local travel across Las Vegas
• Work occurs in office and medical facility environments

This position is based on a Pay per visit compensation model.

Pay per visit ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 visit commensurate with experience and depending on type of visit.
