Job summary

Lorian Health, located in Riverside County, is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to grow and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, outpatient rehab centers, SNFs, and medical groups within the assigned territory.

You will build and sustain partnerships, generate new referrals, and support referral processing while representing a patient‑focused home health care provider that values growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or marketing (healthcare preferred).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Critical thinking and solid judgment in fast-moving situations.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (case managers, discharge planners, physicians).
• Generate new referrals and support existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Act as the liaison between Lorian and referral partners; assist with referral processing.
• Obtain required Face‑to‑Face physician documentation.
• Support patients, coworkers, and referral partners by resolving issues as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and sales/marketing updates.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to grow and maintain referral relationships for Lorian Home Health. You’ll work directly with hospitals, outpatient rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, and select medical groups to drive new patient referrals

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (case managers, discharge planners, physicians).
• Generate new referrals and support existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Act as the liaison between Lorian and referral partners; assist with referral processing.
• Obtain required Face‑to‑Face physician documentation.

This position is salary based with a bonus structure.

Pay per visit ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 visit commensurate with experience.
