AdvisaCare is seeking a passionate Home Health and Hospice Sales Consultant in Lapeer County, Michigan. This full-time role focuses on identifying referral sources, promoting AdvisaCare’s home health and hospice services, and building strong client relationships.

You will generate leads, deliver presentations to healthcare professionals, and work toward sales targets in a fast-paced team environment. Travel to client meetings is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting to clients and referrals.
• Experience with CRM and sales/reporting tools.
• Knowledge of home health or hospice care services beneficial.
