Job summary

Namaste Home Health + Hospice seeks a Registered Nurse to plan, organize, and direct hospice care in the Denver area. The role emphasizes community health education and working with families at home and in the community.

The RN will perform assessments, develop care plans, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure safe, compassionate care, including medication administration and caregiver education.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN through the State of Colorado.
• Minimum of two years of experience in public health, home care, or hospice nursing preferred.
• CPR certification maintained.
• Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive and ongoing assessments of patient and family to determine hospice needs.
• Develop and revise care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and supervise hospice aides.
• Administer medications and provide education per physician orders.
• Participate in on-call duties as defined by policy.
