Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Home Health and Hospice Outreach Coordinator to build relationships with area providers and increase referrals to Home Health and Hospice services. The role focuses on expanding market presence and improving financial performance by growing utilization and partnerships.

You will work with the Provider Relations and Outreach team and leadership to implement marketing strategies and promote service lines across communities partnered with MultiCare.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in marketing or business preferred.
• Current Washington state driver’s license.
• Minimum five years of experience.
• Experience identifying and developing business and marketing plans and closing sales.
• Experience working with senior management and physician groups.
• Proof of a safe driving record via motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Establish and cultivate relationships with area providers to grow Home Health and Hospice services.
• Increase referrals and utilization of MultiCare services and facilities.
• Expand capabilities to new markets and grow market share.
• Develop and implement direct-to-consumer marketing plans.
• Collaborate with Provider Relations and Outreach team and leadership to promote utilization.
