Job summary

MultiCare Health System in Tacoma, WA, is seeking an Home Health and Hospice Outreach Coordinator (FTE 1.0, Day shift, M-F) to grow our Home Health and Hospice services by building strong provider relationships and expanding market reach.

The role focuses on increasing referrals, developing marketing plans, and driving financial performance. Collaboration with leadership and care lines is essential to expand utilization and ensure high-quality patient care in the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in marketing, business preferred.
• Current Washington state driver's license.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience.
• Experience identifying and developing business and marketing plans, identifying new customers and developing/warming leads; closing transactions and/or sales.
• Experience working effectively with senior levels of management; physicians and physician groups.
• Proof of a safe driving record obtained by a motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Establish and cultivate relationships with area providers to grow Home Health and Hospice services for MultiCare.
• Increase referrals to and utilization of services; expand to new markets and increase market share.
• Develop and implement direct-to-consumer marketing plans.
• Improve the financial performance of the facility by generating additional business.
• Collaborate with Service line Administrators, Careline Administrators, and MMA Leadership to promote utilization of services.
