Job summary

Elite Home Health, part of the LHC Group and Optum family, seeks an Account Executive to grow market share through account development and educating the medical community on home health and hospice services.

You will manage relationships with referral sources, document sales activities, and deliver customized solutions while aligning with budget. A strong focus on customer service and collaboration will drive success.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance; access to dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Demonstrated excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated solid computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to execute growth strategy.
• Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts in each referral source.
• Understand customers' needs to provide customized solutions and earn referrals.
• Expand the healthcare community's use of our services by increasing knowledge and awareness of our solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between referral sources, patients/families, and agencies.
