Job summary

Adoration Health in Indianapolis is seeking a Home Health Account Executive to drive sales and marketing operations for the agency. You will build relationships with referral sources, educate partners on services, and help grow the agency’s footprint in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field, or more than 2 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Increase market share by sustaining and growing key accounts and developing new referral sources.
• Meet with and educate referral sources about the agency’s services.
• Educate referral sources on necessary documentation for admission to home health services.
• Collaborate with leadership to align payer mix with company expectations.
• Execute strategies to increase market share through account development.
• Provide guidance to referral sources and staff to ensure smooth operations.
