Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of sales experience in healthcare or related field.
• Experience with business development or healthcare sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase market share by growing existing accounts and developing new referral sources.
• Meet with and educate referral sources about agency services.
• Educate on documentation and admission criteria for home care.
• Collaborate with leadership to align payer mix with company expectations.
• Execute strategies to increase market share and provide guidance to staff.
