Job summary

Accendra Health in Missouri is seeking an Account Coordinator to maintain relationships with current accounts and ensure patients receive the necessary home healthcare equipment. You will be the single point of contact, handling orders, coordinating deliveries, and addressing needs and billing concerns.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; 2+ years related experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Geographically located within the assigned territory.
• Ability to travel as needed within territory.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a single point of contact for a specific account or accounts.
• Responds to customer needs, concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
• Consults with clients on products and necessary equipment.
• Obtains all documentation to be scanned and batched at the Branch.
• Manages all follow-up functions with the account after setup.
• Oversees transactions from accounts and referral sources.
• Coordinates patient services with physicians and medical groups.
• Sets up and delivers home healthcare products and services.
• Performs follow up on authorizations to maintain reimbursement.
