Accendra Health seeks a dedicated team member to maintain relationships with current accounts and ensure patients receive the necessary home healthcare equipment. This role emphasizes timely responses, documentation, and coordination with medical groups to support patient care.

The position requires a High School diploma, at least 2 years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license. You must be located within the assigned territory and able to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age at hire.
• Geographically located within the assigned territory.
• Must Poses a Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Acts as a single point of contact for a specific account(s).
• Responds to customer needs, concerns and complaints promptly.
• Consults with clients and referral sources on products and equipment.
• Obtains all documentation to be scanned and batched at the Branch.
• Manages all follow-up with the account after setup.
• Oversees all transactions from the accounts, including referrals.
