Job summary

Ascension at Home together with Compassus is seeking a Home Health Clinical Supervisor in Austin, TX. You will lead clinical teams, coordinate patient care, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance across our home health services.

Responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, managing care plans, contributing to QA/PI activities, and mentoring team members to drive performance and positive outcomes. A RN with leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum of two years as a registered nurse and one year in home care.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and provides direction to clinical personnel.
• Performs patient care assignments and staff management.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and supervises patient care.
• Participates in QA/PI activities.
• Monitors cases for regulatory compliance.
• Monitors cases for third party payor requirements.
• Mentors employees and contributes to performance evaluations and actions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
