Ascension at Home is seeking a Home Health Clinical Supervisor to coordinate and manage all clinical activities within the team, ensuring continuity, quality, and appropriateness of care. The role emphasizes promoting Compassus values and upholding our ethical standards.

The successful candidate will supervise clinical staff, participate in QA/PI activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements, while fostering professional development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a registered nurse and one year in home care.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and provides direction and leadership to clinical personnel.
• Performs patient care assignments and staff management activities.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and supervises patient care.
• Participates in agency QA/PI activities.
• Monitors cases to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Monitors assigned cases to ensure compliance with third party payors.
• Mentors employees, provides input for performance evaluations, counsels and provides disciplinary actions with Manager involvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
