Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care – Schaumburg & Park Ridge, IL is seeking dependable caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides to provide personalized, non-medical in-home care to seniors and individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for advancement, with a supportive team available 24/7. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursement and referral bonuses in some cases.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with mobility and daily activities.
• Follow each client’s individualized care plan; provide safe, respectful care.
• Record care provided and communicate changes to the office.

Where You’ll Work

Our caregivers serve clients throughout the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, including Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Palatine, Rolling Meadows, Elk Grove Village, Des Plaines, Park Ridge, and surrounding communities.

Please note: The location shown on this job posting represents one of our service areas and is not necessarily our office location or the only area where you will work. Caregivers should be comfortable traveling to other communities within our service area based on client needs and scheduling availability.
