Accendra Health is seeking a frontline liaison to ensure patients receive the necessary home healthcare equipment and support. You will manage account relationships, coordinate orders, and facilitate delivery and service scheduling with care teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and customer service skills, with an ability to travel and operate company vehicles as needed.

Competenze

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Must be 21 years or older at hire.
• Able to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Geographically located within the assigned territory.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Mansioni

• Act as a single point of contact for accounts.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints promptly.
• Consult with clients on products and equipment.
• Coordinate documentation for orders, service and billing.
• Schedule deliveries and ensure patient needs are met.
