Qualifications

• RN license (ASN or BSN) required.
• 1–2 years health services administration experience, supervisory preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to clinical and administrative teams to deliver quality home care.
• Maintain efficient office operations and ensure safety and compliance.
• Address deficiencies found in surveys or audits and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise administrative staff and coordinate with Clinical Managers.
• Direct overall branch operations and performance.
