Job summary
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Branch Director to manage daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and uphold regulatory standards. You will lead branch staff, align with executive leadership on budgets, and drive growth through coordination with sales and referrals.
The role requires RN licensure (preferred), Home Health experience, and strong leadership for team development and optimized service delivery.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted RN licensure (in state of practice), preferred.
- Home Health experience and familiarity with OASIS.
- Minimum of 2 years in healthcare operations management, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
- Proven leadership to motivate, educate, supervise, and develop staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and quality patient care.
- Supervise branch/clinical staff; coordinate with Clinical Managers for care delivery.
- Partner with leadership to set revenue and budget goals for the branch.
- Lead continuous quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to drive growth and patient base.
