Job summary

BrightStar Care S. Charlotte is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in home health care and private pay services.

This role targets expansion in Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas, with a focus on building new partnerships and expanding the client base. Ideal candidates bring proven sales success, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in home health care or healthcare staffing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities, plan sales activities, and meet quotas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities in the home health care and healthcare staffing industry.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
• Plan sales meetings and activities via phone and email while maximizing time efficiency.
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics and weekly KPI reports.
• Convert prospects into clients and meet sales objectives.
