Job summary

Sentara Home Care in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Home Health Aide to join our team. Overview

Sentara Home Care is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide.

Home Health Aides will perform basic and routine patient care, such as personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and feeding, intake/output, ambulation, and assisting patients with transfer from/to bed, toilet and other areas of the home.

Certification / Licensure

CNA or Nurse Aide Certificate from accredited program (required)

BLS (Required within 90 days)

Additional Compensation

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.

Base Pay Range

The base pay range for full-time employment is $20.10 - $29.63 hourly.
