Sentara Home Care Williamsburg is seeking a Direct Care Registered Nurse to join our team. This full-time, day-shift role covers weekends in Williamsburg, VA, with mileage reimbursement for patient-visit travel.

The RN will develop and evaluate plans of care for patient populations, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated, high-quality care. Active Virginia RN licensure and BLS within 90 days are required, with at least 1 year of nursing experience and preference for home

• Associate's Degree required.
• Active Virginia RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; home care experience preferred.
