Job summary

Professional Case Management, a leader in home healthcare, is seeking Home Health Aides/Certified Nurse Assistants to provide in-home care in Ohio. You’ll work Monday–Friday 8am–4pm and build one-on-one relationships with clients in their homes.

You control your schedule and have the opportunity to support veterans and contribute to patients' quality of life. The role includes basic ADLs, light housekeeping, meal prep, and documentation, with pay ranging from $15.00 to $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• HHA or similar experience required; competency assessed with RN.
• Vital signs monitoring and documentation experience preferred.
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and homemaking duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to patients in their homes.
• Establish and maintain one-on-one patient relationships.
• Assist with ADLs, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and patient hygiene.
