Job summary

Professional Case Management in Ohio is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs), STNAs and CNAs to provide in-home care for veterans and other clients. You can set your own schedule and work one-on-one with patients in their homes, enhancing quality of life and peace of mind.

Ideal candidates have HHA experience and must pass a competency assessment with an RN; TB test may be reimbursed. Earns typically $15.00–$17.50 per hour with benefits package including medical, dental and vision.

Qualifications

• HHA or similar experience; must pass competency assessment with RN.
• TB test (reimbursement may be available)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Monitor vital signs and document accurately.
• Support patients with daily needs and maintain safety in the home.
